Rogue River Salmon Fishing Report – May 31

Overall fishing has been tougher than last year for springers on the Upper Rogue. However, things seem to be picking up, and if we can find a pod of fish we’ve been able to do really well. There still isn’t a lot of hatchery fish around, but we have caught a few. Back bouncing continues to be best with Pautzke’s Fire Cured eggs and a sand shrimp. Here’s just a few of the pictures from the last 2 weeks. I have plenty of availability left in June, especially mid-week.
